LUXAIRE/GUARDIAN RETURNS: 

 

1.  Must be approved by Donna Gyorfy, Pete Nardella, or Rob Larson prior to  the return (unless salesperson error). 


2.  Equipment MUST be in original packaging (New & Unused).  


3.  If the reason is concealed damage, a photo must be submitted to us prior to return.  


4. Restocking/Handling charges will apply (unless salesperson error and equipment in perfect condition). 


5.  Every credit acknowledgement MUST have credit reasons.  

 

Please make sure your customers are inspecting equipment at the time of delivery.
