SHIP AVAILABLE HOT KEY (STATUS SCREEN)
A good reason to use this “hot key” is, since all orders start as BIDS, some items on the BID may NOT be available and we want to try NOT to OVERCOMIT , ALSO, It’s another of scheduling the order
Ex:
When you get to the status screen, change the status from “B” to “C” (this needs to be done in order for the program to work.
Then hit the hot key “S”, the system will break away WHAT IS AVAILABLE from what is NOT AVAILABLE. The items that are AVAILABLE will automatically change to a “P” status, which can be adjusted if necessary
